Document Required

To ensure a smooth and efficient admission process at Arya Deep Inter College, the following documents must be submitted along with the completed application form:

  Copy of Birth Certificate :– To verify the applicant’s date of birth.

  Previous School Report Card :– Copies of the last two years’ report cards for grade transfer students.

  Transfer Certificate :– If transferring from another school, a transfer certificate from the previous institution is required.

  Passport-size Photographs – Recent passport-sized photographs of the student and parents/guardians.

  Aadhar Card / Identity Proof :– A copy of the student’s and/or parents' Aadhar card or any valid identity proof.

  Proof of Address :– A copy of any utility bill, rent agreement, or bank statement to confirm the residential address.

  Caste/Category Certificate (if applicable) :– For students applying under specific reserved categories.

  Medical Certificate :– To confirm that the student is in good health and fit for school activities.

  Migration Certificate (if applicable) :– For students coming from a different state or board.
